Former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak should be detained under the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 or Sosma, not critics of 1MDB. Dr Mahathir took over the podium and began his speech. The crowd cheered loudly.
